By using our website you agree to these terms and conditions. 01 ## Order Changes and Modifications We understand that mistakes can happen when placing an order. If you need to modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that require changes will typically be cancelled and refunded, allowing the customer to place a new order with the correct information. Once a refund is issued, the customer may place a new order through the website. For security reasons, we do not place orders on behalf of customers. All purchases must be completed directly by the customer through the website. 02 ## Returns and Canceled Orders All firearm, ammunition, and serialized item sales are final and cannot be returned once the order has been processed or transferred. Non-firearm merchandise may be eligible for return if the following conditions are met: Unused and in original packaging Returned within the specified return window Item has been inspected and approved before refund is issued Orders canceled after processing may be subject to a restocking fee. 03 ## Order Fulfillment and Shipping Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–10 business days, depending on product availability and distributor inventory. Shipping policies apply only to the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states) unless otherwise specified. 3–10 Business Days UPS, FedEx, or USPS Lower 48 States Only Tracking info provided at shipment 04 ## Firearm Sales and Transfers All firearm sales are conducted in full compliance with federal, state, and local laws. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the purchased firearm is legal to own in their state or locality. Firearms purchased online must be transferred through proper legal channels: Shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer Picked up at an authorized store location where legally permitted Customers must complete all required background checks and transfer paperwork before taking possession of any firearm. 05 ## Purchasing Firearms Online Firearms cannot be shipped directly to individuals who do not hold a valid FFL license. Follow these steps when purchasing a firearm online: Select a licensed FFL dealer during checkout - Select a licensed FFL dealer during checkout - The firearm will be shipped to your selected FFL dealer - Complete a background check and transfer process at the dealer before receiving your firearm The receiving FFL dealer may charge a transfer fee, which is the sole responsibility of the buyer. 06 ## Ammunition Purchases You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required and all ammunition items are final. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. Customers are responsible and must follow all local, state and federal laws. 07 ## Range Safety and Usage For locations that operate a shooting range, all customers must follow established safety rules at all times. Follow all Range Safety Officer instructions Wear proper eye and ear protection at all times Use only approved firearms and calibers Maintain safe firearm handling at all times Failure to follow safety rules may result in removal from the range without refund. 08 ## Memberships Membership programs may provide a range of exclusive benefits. Benefits may vary by location. - Unlimited or discounted range time - Training discounts - Guest passes - Retail discounts Memberships are non-transferable and may be revoked for violation of safety policies or misuse of benefits. 09 ## Training and Classes Training classes are scheduled throughout the year and may require advance registration. - Payment is required to reserve a class seat - Cancellation deadlines may apply - Some courses may require specific equipment or prerequisites - Failure to attend a scheduled class without notice may result in forfeiture of the class fee. 10 ## Privacy Policy When customers make purchases or interact with our website, we may collect certain information to process orders, communicate with customers, and improve our services.
